Full Day of Exploring!

Today was so much fun! We woke up a little late (probably due to the full day of travel), but got ready and headed out. As soon as we walked out the door we saw a ton of high school aged kids, beause they were on break from school for lunch! It was awesome to see where they were going for lunch and see what kind of things they wear. Then we got on the subway and figured it out and made our way all the way to where thr COINED offices are. However we could not remember the way we had to go after getting off the subway. So we walked along for a little and passed a group of boys who were speaking English. Then about 5 minutes later they walked by us and heard us speaking and asked where we were from. Turns out they were from Boston! And have been studying in Buenos Aires for 3 weeks andhave one week left. There teacher luckily had a map and I knew the name of the street we had to be on so we found our way! The city is so big and amazing, and we had such a good time justwalking around. We saw the obelisco!

And of course the Avenido de 9 de Julio

And Susana just made us an amazing dinner that started with a hot vegetable soup that I could probably have eaten forever.. it was so deliciosa. And then a salad with tomatos and onions with an amazing home made dressing. And finally a tortilla that had grape leaves and eggs which was cold, it was very different but good! Then she gave us oranges after dinner. She is so sweet!

Such a good day today!
